PJM and MISO regions provide robust growth opportunities for utility-scale solar and onshore wind investments.

Characteristics of the regions:
  • Access to the most liquid energy markets in the US.
  • Promising capacity factors for wind projects.
  • Low congestion & curtailment risk.
  • Strong offtakers, including utilities.
ERCOT:

We own four utility-scale solar projects in the ERCOT region, two operational and two upcoming.

Operational:
  • 272 MWdc Cutlass Solar II is located in ERCOT Houston
  • 232 MWdc Oriana Solar is located in ERCOT South.
Upcoming:
  • 156 MWdc Pepper Solar is located in ERCOT North with the COD target of Q3 2027.
  • 130 MWdc Lucky 7 Solar is located in ERCOT North with the COD target of Q3 2027.

  • Projects in premium locations.
  • Higher PPA prices with a long-term horizon that gives projects secured cash-flows.
