Sindhu Kotha

Sindhu brings over a decade of experience across venture capital, startups, and investment banking. She is passionate about leveraging her skillset to address technology and sustainability challenges through innovation.
Sindhu joined Sabanci Climate Ventures as an Investment Manager in January 2025. Prior to joining Sabanci Climate Ventures, she led growth-stage (Series B through Pre-IPO) technology investments at SuRo Capital, worked on high-trust teams to invest in early-stage startups at Antler and B37 Ventures, and founded a femtech company addressing menstrual health education. Also, as a Finance & Strategy operator, Sindhu co-led the IPO process at climate tech startup Proterra.
Sindhu began her career in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where she focused on M&A advisory and capital markets financing within the Healthcare Coverage Group.
Sindhu graduated with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance and Comparative Literature from Emory University.
Outside of work Sindhu enjoys reading autobiographies, trying plant-based eats, and learning hip-hop dance.
